At Azure Jewelry Store, we prioritize the safe delivery of your jewelry items and partner exclusively with reputable national courier services.

Standard shipping charges are 250 PKR nationwide.

Our courier partners deliver Monday through Saturday between 9am and 6pm, excluding public holidays and Sundays.

Delivery Duration

We strive to deliver all packages within 8-14 business days. This timeline is due to our unique business model where we import our products directly from international suppliers to ensure quality and authenticity. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, weather conditions, and transportation delays.

Payment Options

Card Payment: We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please note that additional processing fees may apply when using card payment services.

Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfers are accepted with no additional fees. Please use your order number as a reference when making the transfer.

Cash on Delivery: We do not offer Cash on Delivery services at this time.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled within 60 minutes of placement. After this timeframe, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Eligibility Period: Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made pieces, personalized jewelry, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Condition Requirements: All returned items must be:

- Unworn and unused

- In original packaging

- Include all original tags and certificates

- Free from damage caused after delivery

Refund Policy

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Methods:

- Card Payments: Refunded to the original payment method.

- Bank Transfers: Refunded to the account provided by the customer

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where items received were defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We will cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items and provide either a replacement or full refund including original shipping charges.

Cancellations

As stated in our Shipping Policy, orders may only be canceled within 60 minutes of placement.

After this timeframe, cancellations cannot be accepted, and our standard return policy will apply once the item is received.
